Introduction Physical activity is the basis of a healthy lifestyle. The COVID-19 pandemic and disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus seriously burden human body, which direct cause long-term return to high physical fitness. Weakness after infection may persist for many weeks, associated with decrease in efficiency athletes, both at amateur level characterized training. Aim aim study was determine occurrence difficulties related returning recovering from COVID-19. Material methods research tool questionnaire consisting single multiple-choice questions regarding issues practicing activity, being ill resulting fitness before disease. Results respondents were dominated men aged 18-30 undertaking planned (runners). analysis data showed that most participants daily they spend 1-2 hours day. Among respondents, 69% declared vaccinated against Data 70% suffered COVID-19, resulted fatigue increased body temperature. time cleared up took mainly 2 4 weeks. Conclusions Return should be skillfully planned, taking into account optimal regeneration nutrition body. intensity aerobic training units gradually so as not lead hyperventilation lungs. preceded medical examinations.
